Up to £39.00	£2.50 first class recorded delivery
Over £39.00	£4.00 special delivery for insurance

Postage rates outside of the UK - as above but your purchase will be sent by normal airmail. If you would like your order sent by insured post please contact me for rates.

All items will be well packaged to protect them from damage. However, should your beads become damaged before you receive them or if there is a problem please let me know and I will be happy to arrange either replacements or your money back.

Postage Refund - If you make a purchase from this site and my Etsy shop on the same day, you will only pay postage once!!! The system automatically deducts postage at checkout, but I will refund one postage charge for you.

Warranty

All jewellery, loose beads and beadables are guaranteed by myself against faults. I will replace beads which are obviously faulty but I cannot be responsible for breakages which occur through general wear and tear. Lampwork beads are made of glass and though they are surprisingly tough, can break if they are dropped or are subjected to extreme and sudden temperature changes. I anneal all of my beads overnight in a digitally controlled kiln for strength and durability.

Please dispose of broken or cracked beads and don't continue to wear them if they are in jewellery form. Never give the beads to young children as they can present a choking hazard.

Photos

Unless otherwise stated, all photos are of the actual bead or jewellery piece that you will receive. The beauty of glass is that colours change with different light sources, so enjoy this special quality.
